Haiti - Social : Engagement of the National Port Authority for 2013
"The Directorate General of the National Port Authority (APN), joins its voice to all of its employees and partners, to formulate its patriotic wishes o the President of the Republic, HE Mr. Michel Joseph Martelly, to the Prime Minister, HE Mr. Laurent Salvador Lamothe, to the members of Government, maritime agents, users of the Ports of the Republic, and the Haitian people in general.

2012 was a year of challenges, 2013 will undoubtedly be that of the renewal of commitment made in favor of the implementation of a modernized port that responds effectively to the needs of its users. This is an opportunity for the Directorate General of the APN to promise to the country the reconstruction of Port of Port-au-Prince and the renovation of ports of province with the objective to put the port facilities in line with the Policy of the Administration Martelly-Lamothe included in the motto : 'Haiti is open for business'

The Directorate General of National Port Authority believes that peaceful coexistence and the respect of undamental principles of democracy, constitute the indispensable and necessary condition to allow our beloved Haiti to emancipate definitely of the flangeway of underdevelopment. May this new year serve us of pretext to put aside our own interests to prioritize the public good for the benefit of the whole nation.
