Haiti - Carnival 2013 : Laurent Lamothe calls for serenity
The Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, calls for serenity and solidarity on the occasion of carnival festivities taking place in Cap-Haitien on 10, 11 and 12 February 2013 under the theme : "Yon Ayisyen Yon Pye Bwa, Istwa n se idantite n".

The Head of Government, who believes that culture is one of the key sectors for economic and social development of the country, invites the public to entertain brotherly and reject violence in all its forms during these popular celebrations .

The Prime Minister took the opportunity to wish on behalf of the Government, a joyous carnival 2013 to you all.

Moreover, he reaffirms on this occasion, the commitment of the government team to work to the satisfaction of the basic needs of the Haitian population.
