Students and professionals of the Haitian diaspora in the United States and Europe, now will be at the service of the public administration for exchanges in several areas as part of a volunteer program initiated by the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC).

This volunteer program is a key element of the vision of Magalie A. Racine, the Minister of MJSAC is focused on the participation of young Haitians living abroad in the reconstruction of the country. According to the Minister "This homecoming will allow them to share their talents, compare their skills and put their skills at the service of the Alma Mater, therefore of Haiti."

Thus, Miss Kerdrange Pamphile, graduate and holder of a Masters in Business Administration and Human Resources, will host a seminar on capacity building of human resources to the benefit of executives of MJSAC. Miss Pamphile, who attended several American universities including "Florida International University" (FIU) and "Phoenix University" (PU), has a strong background in Business Management and Human Resources and Finance.
