Haiti - Economy : Appointment of 10 Members of the Court of Auditors 06/09/2013 10:55:56 The Senatorial Committee, responsible for the analysis of files of the candidates [34], chaired by Senator Steven Benoit, appointed Tuesday, after two weeks of hearings, the 10 members of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA) for a term of 10 years. The Court of Auditors is composed now of 10 members: 3 women and 7 men, 8 are new advisers : Fritz Robert St-Paul, Jean Ariel Joseph, Juste Monprévil, Marie France Mondésir, Méhu Mélius Garçon, Neltha Marie Féthière, Rogavil Boisguene and Volmar Desmesyeux. The Senators have decided to extend the mandates of the President Nonie Henriette Mathieu and of Adviser Arol Elie. According to Jocelerme Privert, member of the Commission, the reappointment of two members was taken in order to avoid a break in the Court of Auditors. Recall that the CSC / CA is responsible for managing the disputes between officials and the state, to ensure that accountants, authorizing officers and officials make proper management of public funds and to give discharge and formulate its relationship to its mission proposals to the Senate.
