Haiti - Politic : Interpellation of 3 Ministers, the Senate divides... 01/11/2013 11:32:16
Following the announcement by Senator Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aimé, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-9740-haiti-politic-senate-voted-the-interpellation-of-3-ministers.html , of majority voting in the Senate [16 votes for] of the interpellation of ministers : Jean Renel Sanon, the Minister of Justice, David Bazile, the Minister of Interior and Territorial Communities and Pierre Richard Casimir, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, alleging that these Ministry knew only abuses to which it was necessary to put an and, it now seems that this "union" of senators is now bursting.
According to Senator Francisco De La Cruz, a supporter of the interpellation, "some of them are already showing reluctance," stressing that interests seem now diverge and several of his colleagues intend to vote individually, a clear sign, according to him, of a separation of the initial common position, which makes uncertain the possibility of a vote of no confidence for these three ministers.
