Haiti - Tourism : New Edition of the Binational Fair Ecotourism and Production 11/11/2013 11:16:36 The construction of this road, whose the entrance door will be San Juan de la Maguana and the intersection door Savanette, can lead to the Loop Central Artibonite and even the Great North would allow to have major economic impact of this event and generate the visit of about 50,000 people per year in the town of Savanette and the Central Plateau, according to organizers. Like the previous editions, this new edition, both educational, recreational, cultural and commercial, which takes place every two years under the auspices of the City Councils of Savanette and of Hondo Valle, aims to strengthen economic and trade cultural relations between Haiti and the Dominican Republic and encourage twinning of two neighboring towns around specific development goals.
