Haiti - Social : Demonstration in progress... (UPDATE 6h03 pm) 18/11/2013 13:08:38
Several thousand people at the appeal of members of the opposition, now protesting against the Government on the highway of Delmas towards Petion-ville, to demand the departure of the Head of State. So far no major incidents were reported, a large police oversees the event. The event ended on the "place de la Constitution", at the Champs de Mars, in an apparent calm before being dispersed by police. It should be signaled that Senator Jean-Charles Moise issued an ultimatum of 48 Hours to the Head of State, to give his resignation, calling the population to civil disobedience...
