Meanwhile, Commissioner Ellis reports that the dangerous convicted fugitive St James Shaniel Luton, sentenced to life in prison in 2015, was reportedly killed in a gang clash in Haiti two weeks ago stating "Based on the information that has come to us, we believe with a high degree of certainty that it is him [...] We are working closely with our Haitian counterparts on this one. We have seen pictures, but we are awaiting confirmation by DNA" recalling that Luton was suspected of to be one of the main actors in the illegal arms-to-drug trade between Jamaica and Haiti. Elis also informed that Delano Wilmot aka "Prekeh", who is on the list of the most wanted by the police of Saint James, accused of murders and shots on a patrol of the Jamaican Defense Forces and on 3 soldiers, would be also in Haiti.
