Haiti - Politic : Haiti and the Dominican Republic promised to work together 23/07/2014 10:44:13
President Martelly said he believes that the presence of the President of the European Council, in Dominican Republic earlier this week in Haiti, is a proof of its determination to strengthen cooperation not only between the two countries, but with the European Union. Convinced that the two nations should learn a lot from the cross-border management in the European Union. He thanked the EU for its assistance in binational projects on trade, the environment, migration, customs, security and the fight against organized crime. Without wishing to interfere in the internal affairs of the two countries, he said, believe that some problems require a humane solution "The European Union, your best friend will continue to support the efforts of both countries to strengthen cooperation."
