During this training period, lasting 9 weeks, for a total of 376 hours divided into 15 modules closely related to their tasks, school principals will take part among others, courses on knowledge of the Haitian education system, the civil service, the code of ethics of the public service. At the end of the training, which will be followed by an assessment on three levels, each Director will have to prepare a detailed report on the management of their respective institutions.

In order to be updated in relation to Information Technology and Communication (ICT), these key players in the system, will also receive a 30-hours computer training. To this end, a laptop and a tablet are awarded to each participant. This training will allow each participant to obtain a certificate specializing in Educational Administration.

According to the Minister Manigat, this training is an upgrade to facilitate the participation of directors in another program of distance education, considered in conjunction with MIT, University of Massachusetts (USA).
