Given the difficulties encountered in the election process and numerous accumulated delays, the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH) wonders about the ability of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to respect the electoral timeline. In this sense, RNDDH invites the CEP to reconsider its timetable and to take the necessary arrangements and not ruling out the possibility of postponement of the partial legislative elections scheduled for the month of August 2015 to October 2015, with the first round of presidential elections and local elections.
