He accused those in power of having distributed weapons everywhere, in order to achieve an electoral coup. He called on President Michel Martelly to recover, to avoid plunging the country into chaos. The European Observation Mission is deployed The Electoral Observation Mission of the European Union (EU EOM) began deploying 22 observers in 10 departments of the country for the upcoming elections on August 9 "This is the beginning of the field presence of the EOM.
