Words of the Ambassador of Haiti to the UN
Thursday, the Ambassador of Haiti Denis Régis, during his speech to the UN said about elections "The holding of free, transparent, inclusive and safe elections, is essential to ensure continuity of Parliament, consolidate democracy, stability and the rule of law, factors essential for modernization. No candidate has plan against discrimination
The Kouraj Foundation, which defends the rights of lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans-gender and inter-sexed (LGBTI), said that several presidential candidates have taken position against homosexuality in Haiti, if elected.

The Kouraj Foundation indicated that they violate the Haitian Constitution in its Article 19 and must consider everyone in their policies. Furthermore, the Foundation notes and deplores that none of the 54 candidates has a plan to fight against discrimination...

NOTICE : Execution of the payroll of temporary staff of the CEP
