Haiti's best performance is in the Education sub-index, where it ranks 115th in 2015, with according to the report, a net primary enrollment rate of 83.6%. The lowest rankings of Haiti are in the sub-index: health (140th), economy (136th), entrepreneurship and opportunity (139th), governance (139th), safety & security (123rd), personal freedom (138th ) and social capital (125th). The neighboring Republic ranks 76th out of 142 countries in the 2015 Prosperity Index, down 4 places compared to the previous year. The best performance of the Dominican Republic is in the sub-index "social capital", where it rank 57th out of 142 and its worst ranking is at the security level (92nd). SL/ HaitiLibre
