The Collective of mayors elected throughout the country, a new political force of over a hundred politicians, asked the government to keep a neutral position; the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to operate in maximum transparency and civil society to remain vigilant. The group demanded that the next President of the Republic organizes a National Conference to restore confidence in the political class and sign a governability pact (Executive, Parliament and local authorities). The Collective proposes to the CEP to organize the second round of presidential elections January 17, 2016 and install the next Head of State February 7, 2016.
