Inauguration speech of Prime Minister named Fritz-Alphonse Jean : "His Excellency the Provisional President of the Republic, Mr. outgoing Prime Minister, Mr. Vice-President of the Senate, President of the Chamber of Deputies, Ladies and gentlemen the Ministers, Honourable senators and deputies, Mr. President of the Court of Cassation, High Dignitaries of the three powers of the State, Friends of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps, Friends in the international community, Madam President of the CHIC, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry South, Dear friends of the fourth power, Dear guests, Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. President of the Republic, thank you for the confidence placed in me. Select certainly has been difficult in the current context where everyone wants to serve and offer their expertise. Nevertheless, I welcome this legitimate enthusiasm and I will try to put at contribution this desire of each to serve his country to move forward and succeed with more luck. Mr. President, I am aware that the main mission you entrust me is winning the confidence of all players involved in this acute political crisis. I accept to occupy the Primature with the spirit of transcendence, of harmony and humility Each arrival of a new administration, each opening of an exceptional situation raises a set of hopes for change and eventually, at the end of the experiment, to the enchantment of early take place the disappointments and disillusionment. Over several decades, our country has therefore accumulate a set of frustration due to unfulfilled promises. The desired progress has not arrived and the unresolved problems have created a situation of paralysis and less and less manageable. Thirty years after the opening of the democratic transition, our country is facing serious challenges resulting from our mistakes. Today, it is to come together, to link our energies to make born the desire to do things differently. It is both to out the country of improvisation and bring it in a new era of planning, making functional its institutions to organize the State, reorient it depending on the services to be provided to the population. Taking into account the needs of women and Haitian man, act now based on the pursuit of happiness of the Haitian people, this is what should be the main task of the State. The rule of law where every citizen is equal before the law, where everyone is accountable for its actions. This State that inspires confidence where companies take into account their social responsibility, the sharing of duty for the restoration and return of our individual and collective dignity. With the Head of State we have a short mission to get everyone together, involving everyone in the basic construction which in the longer term will cause the miracle of Haiti's rebirth ! In an emergency, we must create the conditions necessary for the realization of credible, fair and transparent elections and simultaneously restore macroeconomic stability by performing the recovery of public finances. We came to help by acts and gestures citizens the return of confidence between us,in the divergence but in a finality of concord. The challenges are enormous, but looking from where we left, taking as model the sharing of our ancestors and their motto 'Unity is strength' to boost our spirits and our energy, to start winners ! Mr. President, in consultation with you and all the sectors concerned, and particularly the Parliament, we will not lack effort to address the concerns of the population, and to ensure that peace and stability, guaranteeing of its wellness, reign. The choices are difficult, and we have to act with intelligence, discernment, but also with firmness and rigor. It is our responsibility to take action in the very short term, which certainly will address emergencies, but also will be structuring in order to pave the way for the long term.
