Advice of Joseph Lambert to Privert
Former Senator of Southeast Joseph Lambert fears that President a.i. Jocelerme Privert does not convene the deputies in extraordinary session. He suggested that the Head of State to use his constitutional right and to convene the parliamentarians to the extraordinary in order to maintain stability and confidence in the country. Moreover, he invites him to negotiate with all sectors of national life, to find a formula to prevent the country a deeper crisis after May 14. He advocates an agreement between the three powers, to run the country after the end of the 120 days of the term of President a.i. Privert.

D-7 of the end municipal appeal
The sessions of hearings for municipalities continued to theNational Office of Electoral Litigation (BCEN). The past weekend 31 cases in the West department were heard by the judges. Monday, 16 cases of challenges were heard, mainly for the department of Artibonite, where from a total of 11 communes, 16 cases of contestations were heard by different chambers. The hearings must be completed on May 17 and it was only after all the decisions, the results will be published.

Future of Privert, decision on 13 June
The deputy of Delmas, Gary Bodeau, announces that on the end of the term of President Jocelerme Privert, the National Assembly will meet June 13 (back of Parliamentary holidays for deputies and beginning of the second parliamentary session) to take decisions and arrangements necessary. Note that the deputies could eventually
respond to any convening of the Executive before the opening of the second ordinary session.

Cholzer Chancy, the President of the Chamber of Deputies, yesterday appealed again yesterday the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to publish promptly the timetable of the continuation of presidential, parliamentary and local elections.

Distribution of certificates to the mayors
The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) proceeded Monday in its headquarters in Pétion-ville, to the delivery of certificates to 24 elected mayors for the municipales of 2015 for the departments of Artibonite, Centre and West. From Monday 9 to Wednesday, May 11, 2016, 70 certificates will be issued by the electoral body as part of this activity.
