Haiti - Elections : Presidential, 16 confirmed candidates to date (List)
Tuesday at 24 hours of the deadline, other 9 candidates have confirmed their participation in the first round of the scheduled presidential election, according to the electoral timetable, on 9 October. Bringing Tuesday to 16 the number of confirmed candidates.

List of confirmed candidates Tuesday :
Joseph Harry Bretous : "Konbit Pour Ayiti" (KOPA) [arrived 34th, 1,903 votes, 0.12% of the electorate] ;
Marc-Arthur Drouillard : "Parti Unité Nationale" (PUN )[arrived 46th, 931 votes, 0.06% of the electorate] ;
Jean Bertin : "Mouvement d'Union République" (MUR) [arrived 45th, 1,131 votes, 0.07% of the electorate] ;
Gérard Dalvius : "Parti Alternative pour le Développement d'Haïti" (PADH) [arrived 35th, 1,730 votes, 0.11% of the electorate] ;
Kesler Dalmacy : "MOPANOU" [arrived 50th, 810 votes, 0.05% of the electorate] ;
Amos André : "Front Uni pour la Renaissance d’Haïti" (FURH) [arrived 18th, 4,891 votes, 0.31% of the electorate) ;
Vilaire Clunny Duroseau : "Mouveman pou Endepandans Kiltirel Sosyal Ekonomik ak Politik an Ayiti" (MEKSEPA) [arrived 42nd, 1,208 votes, 0.08% of the electorate ] ;

This Wednesday amon others : Moïse Jean-Charles (Pitit Dessalines) should confirm his candidacy. For now no one knows what will do the candidate of PHTK, Jovenel Moïse, he should nevertheless confirm his participation in the election of October 9, except bombshell of last minute.

The Provisional Electoral Council recall to all candidates already registered, wishing to participate in the resumption of the presidential elections, they have until Wednesday, June 22 midnight to confirm their participation "At midnight one minute, no more opportunity for them," says Nicole Simon, Spokesman of the CEP.
