Crisis FUSION position
The Fusion party of Social Democrats FUSION believes that "[...] The question that should concern here is not the length of the career of this or that individual, but how to ensure that the conditions are met to exit once and for all the repeated political crises. [...] The Agreement of February 5, 2016 is obsolete and can no longer serve as political base and even less legal for any agreement or some arrangement between a chief executive and de facto a bad elected parliament [...] any attempt to extend the mandate of the provisional President to renew him at the head of state, will be an unconstitutional act that will only aggravate the crisis by dividing more Haitian society. A budget for the least optimistic, considering that it depends more than 50% of international andit is up over 9 billion compared the current budget while the State coffers are at the lowest...

Recall that the budget of the previous year was 122.6 billion (initial) before being downgraded in May 2016 to 113 billion (-8%) for lack of sufficient revenue inflowand gloomy economic outlook. In addition, this new budget, which will take effect in October, will not be able to rely the first months on the International, which does not intend to support a transitional government (with the exception of humanitarian aid and program in progress)...
