Primature : The citizen Hugues Joseph, was appointed Secretary-General of the Primature, with the rank of Minister ; Secretaries of State : The citizen Jeantel Joseph, was appointed Secretary of State for Public Security (replaces Colonel Himmler Rébu) ; The citizen Ronald Décembre, was appointed Secretary of State for Finance ; The citizen Emile Brutus, was appointed Secretary of State for Literacy ; The citizen Gérald Oriol Jr., was appointed State Secretary for the Integration of People with Disabilities (he succeeds to himself). Directors General : The citizen Jean Jorel Janvier, was appointed Director General of the General Administration of Customs ; The citizen Agabus Joseph, was appointed Director General of the Office of Insurance Work Accident, Sickness and Maternity (OFATMA) ; The citizen Gamall Augustin, was appointed Director General of the National Television of Haiti (T.N.H.)
