Haiti - Politics : D-13, at CNE Cuban mechanics working tirelessly

During the visit, the Minister noted that much remains to be done to meet the deadline of 1 May. The Cuban Ambassador clarified that, apart from technical maintenance, Cuban cooperation will also be very involved in the Caravan of Change.
