"A national army and not a scout army" dixit Rébu
Former Secretary of State for Public Security, Colonel Himler Rebu asks the authorities to properly manage the departure of the Minustah and its replacement by MINUJUSTH. He hoped that the Minustah would leave a small contingent of soldiers to dissuade representatives of sectors seeking instability and called on the existing government "to create a national army, not an army of scouts".

Distribution of 2,500 hot meals
As part of the celebration of Easter, President Jovenel Moïse, through the Social and Economic Assistance Fund (FAES) and the Ministry of Social Affairs, allowed 2,500 beneficiaries to receive a hot meal. Problems in the National Lottery
Marie Margareth Fortune, Director General of the Haitian State Lottery (LEH), asked employees no longer part of the Institution to bring back the LEH owned vehicles, which they used for personal use. She also requires Marie Myrtha Jean Jacques, who has been absent since April 10th from her place of work, to return all the sensitive documents and the files of the institution she has taken and that prevents the normal functioning of the LEH. National Day of the Diaspora
Lesly Condé, Consul General of Haiti in Chicago, reminds the entire Haitian community that 20 April of each year is known as the National Diaspora Day. "The Diaspora has always made an invaluable contribution to the survival of our country. Today, more than ever, it must participate actively in the reconstruction process. A new Haiti is being built, a new future is emerging. It is above all, and after all, the future of our dear country."
