"The reform of public administration is under the leadership of the Head of State, which works for a modernized public administration. As part of this reform, the strengthening of the OMRH was our first step," said Josué Pierre-Louis. Regarding the recruitment, he indicated "The competition of State Administrators participates in the vision of President Moïse to reach the threshold of 12,000 recruitments during his five-year term. Competitions will be organized in all departments to equip the 10 administrative centers with qualified staff. Stressing that the Superior Council of Administration and Civil Service will allow a better performance of the civil service, adding "It is a leap forward for an improvement of the services of the public services in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State."
