Haiti - Politic : Ratification of Prime Minister this week ? 24/05/2011 12:48:04
Sen. Moise Jean-Charles (INITE) stated that if the documents of Mr. Daniel Gérard Rouzier meet the constitutional requirements, he should pass smoothly this first step. However, given that no political party in Parliament does not hold an absolute majority, the President of the Senate and the Deputy Marie Jossie Etienne, second secretary to the Bureau of the lower house, agree on the fact that "the Prime Minister-designate Daniel Gérard Rouzier, must take steps with Parliamentarians to make sure of winning a majority for his ratification." These lines correspond with the vision that we have of future of country, of the reconstruction of country ?" As for Fednel Monchery, General Coordinator of the platform of President "Repons Peyizan", he indicated that "... this is a very good choice. We believe that he [Rouzier] is able to help the President to deliver all the promises he made during the electoral campaign [...] we are asking parliamentarians to ratify this choice."
