Graduating student of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management of Cap-Haitien (State University of Haiti - UEH), graduate in Administrative Sciences and local governance at the Public University of the North in Cap-Haitien, Rose Lumane Saint-Jean won on Tuesday May 25, 2021, the TV5 Monde Audience Award for the 3rd Edition of the international eloquence competition held at the University of Paris 1, (Panthéon-Sorbonne)

An award that provoked many congratulatory reactions

President Jovenel Moïse :
