This Germplasm Center funded by Taiwan (Republic of China) was originally intended to produce more than 4.5 million seedlings each year. This installation is made up of several buildings, a nursery, a composting center, a research center, warehouses for agricultural tools and inputs, dormitories for executives and interns and administrative premises. It was also expected to play a key role in the training of professionals in the environmental sector.
