I leave today with a sense of satisfaction of work well done. Another day will soon have to get up to the MARNDR. May Heaven guide the steps of my successor on this road that we have, my team and me, drawn in the collective interest and that of our motherland, who can not afford the luxury of a slowdown in its reconstruction process .
