In addition, officials of the Council of Economic and Social Development (CDES), a strategic body of the Primature, whose dual mission is to simplify administrative procedures and facilitate investment and private initiative, have advocated the establishment of an Institute of trades related to investment to equip the country with professionals to run the business, an indispensable aspect for investors and the revival of the economy of Haiti.
