Monday, agronomist Mimose Marie Félix Minister Delegate for Promotion Peasantry officially launched the second phase of "Kore Peyizan" program in St-Raphaël in the Northern Department. On this occasion, more than 1,000 agricultural kits, consisting of bean seed, of pesticide and sprayers were distributed to farmers of St-Raphaëlfor the winter season.

The Minister reminded the farmers the Government's commitment to change their living conditions and to boost agricultural production in Haiti and urged farmers to plant these seeds to contribute to the fight against food insecurity.

The peasants of Saint Raphael did not hide their satisfaction of this distribution and thank the Government for its social assistance program "Ede Pèp" in favor of the country's most vulnerable layers. Thirty communes in Haiti will receive bean seed kits for this winter season.

Recall that this distribution campaign falls within the scope of the national social assistance program of the Government "Ede Pèp" through its sub-program "Kore Peyizan".
