From the outset, we would like to apologize to our customers for this situation that creates much emotions in within the public. We all understand the inconvenience that entails. Unfortunately, in this case many elements have played against us. We had, in a very short period of time, to deal with major financial constraints and have, beyond the possible, tried to cope with the situation. Without tangible solutions and effective support immediately, we had to decide for the moment to close our flights and we focus on finding solutions to quickly accommodate customers.

That is why we wish to formulate to our existing customers the following recommendations :

  • If you purchased your ticket with a credit card, it is possible to obtain a refund from your card provider. Call one of our agents Haiti Aviation for the procedure in this case.

  • If you paid your bills in cash, you will be able to be reimbursed by Haiti Aviation. as soon as possible. We have in our possession a list of people who bought their ticket in cash and we will contact you as soon as possible.

We invite the public to communicate by phone with our agents for more information on the action. Our hotlines are open between 7h00 AM and 7h00 PM. The numbers are the follows : In Miami : (305) 907-9393 or (305) 600-3432. In Haiti (509) 2812-2812 or (509) 4890-9090.

It is important to mention that the travel agencies, employees of Haiti Aviation should in no way be held responsible for the current problems of the airline and ask the public to avoid any manifestation of anger or violence against those people who are also victims of this situation especially on the eve of the holiday season. We wish also present our apologies for the problems caused by the shutdown of these flights.

We appeal to everyone's understanding and support of all our collaborators including the national and international press who supported us from the beginning.

We apologize to our customers and we want to reassure them to the effect that we all do what is in our power now to bring practical solutions to problems and act in the best interest of all.

Nap mandé yon denye efò de solidarite de tout moun pou yo pran pasyans et aksepte que nou rezoud sityasyon sa-a avek tout mwayen ke nou gen nan min nou.
