Haiti - Justice : 25 persons released in Petit-Goâve

Thursday, December 26 the Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance (CFI) of Petit-Goâve proceeded with the release of 25 people who were arrested on the national road #2 during movements of tension and protest, which had recently erupted in Petit-Goâve, including in Curtis and Maro.

After reviewing their records, 20 of them have benefited from a decision of "main levée" (temporary release) and 5 other an order of nonsuit that is to say that no charges have been brought against them, "This is a decision of justice and right," declared Me Jean Carlo Germain, Acting Commissioner.

Recall that accusation of troublemaker and conspiracy was put on these people released.
