Through this project, Oxfam will accompany the creation of mechanisms for dialogue and coordination between the municipalities of Lac Azuei and the Haitian civil society for the joint management of their territory.

This governance initiative, will be implemented under the leadership of five municipalities within the area of Lake Azuei. The project is located in the strategic positioning of Oxfam of support the efforts of decentralization and strengthening of local power in order to cause structural and lasting change.
