"I pay tribute to this outstanding sportsman that is Bermane Stiverne. His achievement will serve as an example for our youth. I am very happy for this consecration and I warmly congagulates the new champion for his performance and historical title, he has won. Bermane Stiverne is a model. On my own behalf, on behalf of the Government and the Haitian people as a whole I said Congratulations! We are all very proud of him," declared the Head of State.
