The Office of Communication of the Presidency informs the public in general that, by presidential decree it was decided that :

The citizen Harisson Ernest was appointed Director General of the Radio Television Nationale d'Haiti (RTNH).

The citizen Jean Marie Vianney Emmanuel Ménard was appointed Director General of the National Old Age Insurance (ONA) (Mr. Ménard is the former President challenged of the Transitional College of the Permanent Electoral Council (CTCEP), he was replaced by Me. Fritzo Canton) (Mr. Ménard succeeds to Bernard Desgraff)

The Citizen Eslhomme Raymond was appointed Deputy Director General of the National Insurance Office for the Elderly (ONA).

The citizen Bertrand Vieux was appointed Director General of the Organism of Northern Development.
