The practical part will be animated directly by professional guest (a delegation per department) from 4 sectors: Agribusiness, Buildings and Public Works (BTP), clothing and crafts (dressers and Shoes) and tourism, hotels and restaurants. These men and women of trades will have booths where they will showcase their achievements, but they will also have a space of "work in real time" allowing the public to enjoy live their technical work.
