Haiti - Education : D-1 before the Bac exams

From June 30 to July 3, 191.202 candidates (including 3,788 other that failed) will undergo the Baccalaureate examinations first part Bac 1 (Rhéto) from July 7 to 11, 76 737 students will undergo the Baccalaureate examinations of Bac II (Philo).

Jacskon Pléteau, the Director of teaching secondary reminded parents of students, who can not be present in the examination rooms for reasons of health, to inform the officials before or during the conduct of examinations and present a medical certificate. The exams will be resumed for students with chikungunya as was the case for students in 6th and 9th fundamental year.

According to Mr. Pléteau the examination papers will have a national character and have been carefully designed so that they are accessible to students without any discrimination.
