Thursday Me Maxi Elibert Representative of Judges to the Court of Appeal to the Superior Council of the Judicial Power (CSPJ) informed that 5 candidates were pre-selected on the list of 37 names to replace Carole Floréal Duclervil, representative of the CSPJ to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).

The 5 candidates are : Kettly Julien, Lionel Constant Bourgouin, Mona Jean, Patrice Cadet, and Yolette Mingual.

According to Me Elibert if Mre Arnel Alexis Joseph, President of the CSPJ, convene the council members of deliberate, the new representative of the CSPJ to the CEP could be designated this Friday.
