Haiti - Reconstruction: Publication of the decree of expropriation for the PAP downtown

August 28th, Ronald Beaudin, the Minister of Finance had announced that the decree declaring of public utility the center commercial zone of Port-au-Prince would be published in the next days within the framework of the procedure of expropriation. This is done now, the expropriation decree was issued this September 2, 2010. The decree relates to the downtown of Port-au-Prince whose quadrilateral is bounded on the north by the rue des Césars to the port, south by the Saint-Honoré, east by the rue Capois and west by the sea and the bay.
