Haiti - Tourism : Gastronomic tour of Canadian journalist Adam Gollner

Adam L. Gollner, Canadian journalist who currently works for the American culinary magazine "Lucky Peach" was on tour Sunday and Monday in the Jacmel region in search of tastes and culinary skills of the region "Taste the local cuisine is part of the discovery of a region and responds to the quest of what makes the originality of the destination," said journalist.

Welcomed by Ms. Dithny Joan Raton, the Director of the Departmental Southeast Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries, accompanied by her consultants Michaele Craan and Johanne Cardon, the journalist Adam Gollner was hosted by the President of the Tourist Association of South-east of Haiti, Michel Gehy, owner of the "Colline Enchantée" who introduced him: Cocktail, tropical fruits (quenêpe, avocado, mango), sugarcane, ground corn accompanied by dried fish, vegetables, rice with black polka dots, griot, potato bread and our course our delicious beer Prestige.

During his tour Adam L. Gollner, visited several other tourist establishments, which makes the renowned of the hospitality of the region.
