Haiti - Reconstruction : Infrastructure work continues in the North 20/08/2014 10:17:47
Construction of roads continues in several communes of this department. With respect to the National Road No. 6, procedures for expropriation are almost completed. The road Cap Haitien / Labadee will soon be built and a decree of public interest has already been published. A partnership with the Royal Caribean Cruise Lines https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-11626-haiti-tourism-things-are-moving-everywhere.html will allow interventions to renovate houses in the village of Labadee and to benefit the people of the Great North of the economic impact of tourists. Other interventions will be undertaken in other cities, particularly in Limbé.
