In the area of agriculture, the Government has made ​​available to farmers in the Central Department 20 irrigation pumps, including 14 for the growers of Mirebalais, in addition to 32 pumps that already has the Department.

Projects related to urban infrastructure, environment, social rights have also started including: road construction and urban renewal in Hinche, Las Cahobas, Cerca La Source, Cerca-Cajaval; the creation of a community forest in Boucan Carré; the construction of the Court of Appeals of Hinche; the construction of a Peace Court, an office of the National Identification Office (ONI) and civil status in Maïssade, Saut d'Eau, Thomassique and Boucan-Carré.
