The National Selection man, under 17 years will have its international "baptism of fire" the next weekend at the time of a double friendly match against the Dominican Republic.

These two games against the selection of the neighboring Republic are expected especially as the Dominican Republic in youth competitions have always been good challengers for young Haitians. Recall that despite the ongoing preparation for eight months and many interesting games against good teams of clubs D1 and D2, our young people selected have no international experience.

The National Selection U-17 is made up in majority of young people of the training center of the Haitian Federation of Football (FHF) to which is added other young people who follow the trainings of football in other schools.

The purpose of these meetings is to prepare the playoffs championship under 17 years whose first round will be played in a Caribbean city that remains to be determined. This first turn will indicate two other formations which will join Trinidad-Tobago and Cuba already qualified for the play-off of Concacaf.

In addition to the 22 boys, the group is composed of Wilner Etienne, the Trainer in chief, of Dr. Dogbe Toussaint, professor of physical education, of the Delegate, Me Paul and of Ernst Beauvais, person in charge of equipment.
