At the conference Mr. Arboite also praised the work of drivers, inspectors and officers from the National Police of Haiti (PNH), which enabled the company Dignité to achieve this result satisfactory.

Recall that the bus company Dignité was founded in 1995, in the beginning it was carrying students for a monthly fee; in 2011 the President Martelly has decided to make this free service. For the 2013-2014 school year, Dignité has received a subsidy of 292 million gourdes for the operation of buses and paying various employees. For 2014-2015, Dignité will receive the same budget.
