Wednesday at the Council of Ministers at the National Palace, under the leadership of President Michel Martelly, attended by the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, a bill, two orders and three resolutions have been adopted :

1 Bill on the establishment of an independent body known as the "Civil Service Fire and Rescue" (SCIS)

2 Order setting the evaluation system of the performance of agents of the Civil Service;

3. Order setting procedures for granting and managing scholarships for the benefit of public servants;

4. Resolution canceling and replacing the Resolution Petrocaribe July 23, 2014;

5. Resolution PetroCaribe #2 on new projects;

6. Resolution bringing the services of the National Center of Equipment (CNE) available to the activities of the Ministry of Defense.
