At the invitation of Hwan Tsai Chiu, Ambassador of Taiwan (Republic of China), in Haiti, François Guillaume II, the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) is on an official visit in this country from 19 to September 26, 2014.

This visit is intended to be an exploration of the model of participation of the Taiwanese diaspora in the economic and social development of their country.

Mr. Guillaume II will take advantage of his stay to meet the Foreign Minister of Taiwan to discuss mechanisms to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
