Monday morning, as part of the implementation of its reform plan, representatives of the Strategic Planning Unit of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) accompanied by representatives of the Pro-Telligent firm, met the executives of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) around the broad lines of the reform of the police force.

Several points were discussed during the meeting include: the evaluation of the performance of the staff of the PNH,

the revision of the career plan of officers, the revision of the pay scale, the status of non-police staff. The meeting also aimed to explore areas of collaboration between the PNH and OMRH.

During the next meeting, a workplan for the year 2014-2015 will be discussed and validated.
