Haiti - Politic : Denial and calling for calm of Government

In a denial, the government says it has not taken any decision aimed at the territorial modification of communes of Gressier and Léogâne.
"The communications office of the Primature inform the public that the Government has not taken any decision aimed at the modification of the territorial delimitation of communes of Gressier and Léogâne.
These are false rumors, conveyed by etractors for the purpose of disturbing public order and destabilization.
To this end, the Government wishes to reiterate that public authorities will take action against any troublemaker.
The Government call the populations of Léogâne and Gressier to remain calm and not to succumb to provocation or disorder."
