The First Lady, Sophia Martelly, accompanied by Dr. Florence D. Guillaume, Minister of Public Health and Population, inaugurated the Health Centre Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes of Chansolme, commune of the arrondissement of Port-de-Paix (Northwest Department), built with funds from the Treasury.

In the presence of the authorities of the commune, the departmental delegate, Emmanuel Rémy and some members of the population, the Minister Guillaume reiterated her willingness to work to realize the vision of President Martelly on the whole national territory, stating"Rèv pa Prezidan an se wè chak seksyon kominal gen yon sant sante epi chak komin gen yon lopital referans."

Ms. Martelly, deeply involved in the health sector, stressed the need for the population to preserve and maintain the center in very good condition"M ap mande chak grenn moun nan popilasyon an pou yo pote kole pou kenbe sant sa pwòp. Sant sa nou dwe jere li tankou se lakay nou li ye."

The First Lady took advantage of this visit, to also visit the site of the Health Centreof Nan Ponm, to Plate forme, 1st section of Bombardopolis and another Health Centre nonfunctional in Bassin Ardi, 4th section of Baie de Henne, yet built since over five years... the Minister Guillaume promised to send an assessment mission to the area to make this functional structure.

Moreover, the Prime Dame proceeded to the delivery of a bus to the commune of Chansolme.
