In short, anything that facilitates interactivity in the context of learning, of the subjects taught at the new secondary level," explained in brief the Minister Manigat "It will also be an open-world establishment, with constant exchanges with other schools in order to share, expand and renew its knowledge [...] Our high schools must become learning schools !"
