Haiti - Petit-Goâve : Kingdom of corruption to the Peace Court of Vialet

Tuesday, Me Emmanuel Louicéus, barrister of Petit-Goâve, denounced on the air of Radio FM preference, corruption practices that develop to the Peace Court of Vialet (Petit-Goâve), calling such acts of "judicial mercantile practices".
